Currently Hiring- Coach / RBT / RBAI
We are currently hiring full and part time RBT/RBAI as social coaches to work 1:1 with our clients. Coaches are responsible for direct implementation of behavior plans with the client in the home and community setting. Excellent candidates for the coach position will value connection, continual growth, integrity, compassion, and dedication; be licensed with the state of Oregon; be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT); and have reliable transportation.
Good candidates for the coach position will have experience with children, a desire to help others; be willing to complete the necessary steps to become an RBT; obtain their RBAI license through state of Oregon; and have reliable transportation.
Currently Hiring-
Supervisor / BCBA /LBA
We are currently hiring full and part time BCBA to work 1:1 with clients and to supervise a caseload of in home clients in the Portland Metro and Salem area. Excellent candidates for this position will value connection, continual growth, integrity, compassion, and dedication; be licensed with the state of Oregon; have reliable transportation; have a passion for both direct service and supporting RBT's as they grow in the field.
